Process flow

  1. Crushing & drying-materials with moisture higher than 15% and size larger than 20mm need to be crushed first and enter the dryer for drying;2.Carbonization & discharge-preheat the main carbonization furnace, and then dry The dried material is conveyed by the conveyor belt to the feeder and then enters the main carbonization furnace for carbonization; taking coconut shell as an example, the material is discharged from the carbonization 25-30 slag discharger.

  2.  Combustible gas generation-about 20 minutes after the feed, the combustible gas is generated. It first enters the dust removal tower for cleaning, desulfurization and dust removal, and then enters the condenser to be separated into wood vinegar and tar. The remaining gas is guided to the outside of the main furnace by an induced draft fan. Heat the main furnace.

  3.  Hot flue gas reuse-part of the waste heat flue gas can be used to heat the dryer, and the remaining flue gas is discharged through the dust removal system (water cleaning, water spraying, etc.).

 Product features 

  1. Continuous carbonization process, with a processing capacity of 1-3 tons per hour, intermittent carbonization furnace has high production efficiency.

  2. The inner and outer double-layer cylinder structure is adopted. The inner cylinder dries and pre-carbonizes the material, and the outer cylinder is carbonized. The main body area of the carbonization furnace is halved, and the heat utilization rate is more than doubled compared with the single-layer outer heating structure!

  3. The thermal efficiency of the equipment reaches 70%~90%.

  4. The multi-stage purification device can effectively filter out the harmful substances in the gas and can extract the wood vinegar and tar, which not only meets the environmental protection requirements but also increases the income of investors.

  5. The combustible gas produced by carbonization can be used as fuel, which greatly saves fuel. 6. It can carbonize various common biomass such as straw, wood chips, nut shells, etc., and can also carbonize sludge, organic garbage, etc.
